New Visions does not accept returns after 5 days of the purchase.  If a return is made after the 5 days, a 25% restocking fee will apply.  You must show proof of purchase when making a return.  New Visions can not accepted returns on personal care products or special order items.  This includes shower chairs, transfer benches, raised toilet seats, etc.  Also, upholstered items such as lift chairs and adjustable beds cannot be returned due to the Ohio Upholstery Laws.
